Each Zip HydroTap has a Submicron filter either installed internally or externally, the Zip Filter Part numbers are listed below, there are some Zip HydroTap units that also have external scale filters installed, these are normally installed into areas where there are hard water and helps to expand the typical life of the Zip HydroTap, these are also noted below.

How do you know when your Zip HydroTap Filter requires to be changed?
As the Zip HydroTap is a highly advanced system it has a filter change indication alert which is shown on the Zip HydroTap tap head where it shall illuminate bright white solid light next to the filter change text on the HydroTap Generation 3 Model, on the newer Zip HydroTap Generation 4 models the white light flashes, also on the command centre housed below your HydroTap it shall state on the display screen Zip HydroTap Filter Change Required, see the images below as an example on the Zip HydroTap G3 and watch this simple video as shown on the Zip HydroTap G4 or visit the Zip Water page.
How to identify which model of Zip HydroTap filter you require?
To understand which Zip HydroTap filter you require for your Zip Hydrotap, you need to open the access door in your Zip HydroTap command centre, this is usually within the cupboard directly below or adjacent to where the Zip HydroTap has been installed, once you open the door you should be able to see the filter as shown in the images below.
