Common Faults
Check power to tank. Reset the thermal cut-out by pressing the reset button on the underside of the tank unit. If this does not resolve the issue, the heating element may need replacement.
Replace filter using genuine InSinkErator filters. Reset light by holding the filter reset button for 5 seconds.
Worn valve seat or cartridge. Book a service visit.
Maintenance
Annual descale and filter change recommended. InSinkErator parts are widely available in the UK. Service should be carried out by a qualified plumber.
