Common Faults
Filter indicator on
Replace filter. Franke uses their own branded filter cartridge. Reset via the control box reset button.
Reduced boiling output
Usually limescale build-up in the tank. Annual descale recommended.
Tap leaking at base
O-ring or seal failure. Book a service visit.
Maintenance
Franke recommends annual servicing. Filters and spare parts are available through Franke UK. Service should be carried out by a qualified plumber or Franke-approved engineer.
