Filter Change
Fohen filters should be replaced every 6 months. The filter indicator light will illuminate when a change is due. Use only Fohen-branded filters for compatibility.
Common Faults
Filter change due. Replace with genuine Fohen filter and reset indicator.
Check safety handle is activated (push up and hold while dispensing). Check power to the tank unit.
Maintenance
Annual service recommended including filter change and descale. Fohen is a newer brand — UK service network is growing. Contact us for coverage in your area.
