General Troubleshooting

Tap not dispensing boiling water

Check the child safety mechanism is properly engaged (most taps require push + rotate or push + hold). Check the tank has power. Allow 15-20 minutes from a cold start. Check for error codes on the display.

Poor tasting water

Change the filter immediately. Flush 3-4 litres after fitting a new filter before using for drinks.

Leaking tap or tank

Switch off the isolation valve and power immediately. Do not use the tap. Call an engineer — water near electrical components is a safety issue.
