You can reset this if you press and hold the button on the top of the cold water filter for 15 seconds, you should hear a double- beep and the flashing red light will disappear.This will reset the alarm for a further 6 months / 180 days.

Warning Fault Alerts on Quooker Taps

Please try resetting the Quooker by switching it off at the Q-shaped button on top of the tank and unplugging it from the socket. With older systems, the switch may also be located at the back of the tank cover. Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in and press the Q-shaped button on top of the tank to switch it back on. The light on the tap should now come on solid. Wait about 10-15 minutes until the light goes off – the water will now be up to temperature again and ready for use. If the light is still flashing, please try a long reset; switch the Quooker off on top of the tank and then open the tap and run the water for about 3 minutes to replenish all the water in the tank. Leave the tank switched off for another 15 minutes, then switch it on again. The light on the tap should come on solid and after about 10-15 minutes the light should go off and the tap will be ready for use again.
